Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the terms and conditions and procedures for using the TGS website (hereinafter referred to as the "TGS Site") provided by TGS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "TGS Site" refers to a virtual business place set up by TGS Co., Ltd. to trade goods, etc., using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide services to users.
2. "User" refers to a person who accesses the "TGS Site" and uses the services provided by the "TGS Site" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member on the "TGS Site" and can continuously use the services provided by the "TGS Site."
4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the "TGS Site" without joining as a member.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms and Conditions)
1. The contents of these Terms and Conditions shall take effect by posting them on the service screen or by notifying users by other means.
2. TGS Co., Ltd. may change these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Consumer Protection Act in the event of important operational reasons or changes in the circumstances of TGS Co., Ltd. The changed Terms and Conditions shall take effect in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.
3. Pursuant to Paragraph 2, the changed terms and conditions shall take effect through the same method as Paragraph 1, and the application date, the reason for the revision, and the contents to be changed shall be specified and announced on the service screen from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date. However, in the case of changes that are disadvantageous to the user, they will be announced from 30 days before the application date.
4. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations, the Electronic Transaction Consumer Protection Guidelines, and related laws or commercial practices.

Article 4 (Rules outside the Terms and Conditions)
1. If matters not stated in these terms and conditions are stipulated in relevant laws and regulations, those regulations shall be followed, and if a legal problem occurs, the court having jurisdiction over the location of TGS Co., Ltd. shall be the competent court.
2. Disputes between TGS Co., Ltd. and users shall be governed by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.


Chapter 2 Membership Registration and Protection of Personal Information

Article 5 (Establishment of Membership Registration Contract)
1. Membership registration is established when a user applies for membership and agrees to the membership terms and conditions and the personal information collection and use agreement.
2. In principle, membership registration is concluded in units of member number (ID).
3. If a child under the age of 14 registers as a member, the consent of a legal representative is required.

Article 6 (Membership Application)
1. Members can join the service online, and the following minimum amount of information is requested/collected when registering as a member in accordance with personal information protection laws and regulations. In addition, other matters are optional items, and we strive to collect additional information to provide customized information and services suitable for members.
① Required items: Name, desired ID, password, name, cell phone number, E-mail
② Optional items: Date of birth, fax number, address

Article 7 (Approval of Application for Use)
1. TGS Co., Ltd. shall approve the application for membership if the user has accurately entered all items specified in Article 5.
2. TGS Co., Ltd. may reserve or refuse approval for the following membership applications.
① When applying using someone else's name
② When applying by entering false, omitted, or erroneous information in the registration details required for membership application
③ When applying for the purpose of disturbing social peace, order, or public morals
④ When other conditions for applying for membership registration set by TGS Co., Ltd. are not met
3. TGS Co., Ltd. may use statistical personal information as a marketing tool so that members can send educational information or be notified through e-mail if they view it.

Article 8 (Change of Contractual Matters)
1. Members can always view their information directly, and if the contents entered at the time of application for membership are changed, they must be corrected online.

Article 9 (Member Information Management)
1. TGS Co., Ltd. may create statistical data that cannot identify individuals regarding members' personal information and use it as marketing materials.
2. TGS Co., Ltd. cannot leak all personal information provided by members to the outside without their consent. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
① When there are special provisions in the law or when it is inevitable to comply with legal obligations
② When necessary for the performance of competent duties prescribed by laws and regulations of public institutions
③ When provided in the form of statistics or research data that cannot identify specific individuals for purposes such as statistical compilation or academic research
④ When delivery and installation work is required for the delivery company or installation company
⑤ When necessary for settlement

Article 10 (Non-member users and use of services)
1. Users who do not want to join as a member can use this "TGS Site" as a guest, but they cannot use some services provided only to members by TGS Co., Ltd.
2. Users must provide the information necessary for the provision of services to TGS Co., Ltd., and all responsibility arising from the user's negligence lies with the user.

Article 11 (Termination of Contract)
1. If a member wants to terminate the use contract, the member must apply for termination to TGS Co., Ltd. through E-mail directly or click on MYINFO after logging in and then click on "Membership Withdrawal" at the bottom left of the screen, and TGS must immediately terminate the use contract after going through the identity verification process.
2. Deletion and disposal of personal information after termination of the contract of use are carried out after preservation for one year in order to prevent illegal use according to the internal information security policy. In this case, all rights as a member are suspended, and if the same person requests re-registration with the same ID during this period, he/she may re-register through a review process.
3. When the purpose of collecting information or the purpose for which it was provided has been achieved, the personal information shall be disposed of without delay.


Chapter 3 Obligations and Rights

Article 12 (Obligations and Rights of TGS Co., Ltd.)
1. TGS Co., Ltd. provides better services to members and always maintains facilities for this in a usable form.
2. TGS Co., Ltd. may cancel or change the service being provided if it is determined that the service is not appropriate or if the circumstances of TGS Co., Ltd. change.

Article 13 (Obligations and Rights of Members)
1. Members cannot transfer or rent their ID and password to others without the prior consent of TGS Co., Ltd., and all responsibility for managing the member number (ID) and password lies with the member.
2. Responsibility for all consequences arising from the neglected management or unauthorized use of the member number (ID) and password assigned to a member lies with the member.
3. If a member becomes aware that his/her member number (ID) has been used illegally, the member must notify TGS Co., Ltd. of that fact.
4. Members shall not copy, reproduce, change, translate, or otherwise use the information obtained through the service process or provide it to others without the consent of TGS Co., Ltd.
5. If there is a change in member information, the member must change it directly on the "TGS Site" or notify TGS Co., Ltd. of the change, and the responsibility for any damage caused by not changing the member information lies solely with the member.
6. If a member commits insincere acts in the use of event services, etc., TGS Co., Ltd. may restrict the use of the corresponding service for a certain period according to its own judgment.
7. Members must comply with the matters stipulated in these terms and conditions and related laws.


Chapter 4 Service Use

Article 14 (Provision and Modification of Services)
1. TGS Co., Ltd. provides the following services to its members.
o Maintenance of information and communication equipment (installation, maintenance, Repair)
o Network system maintenance (installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance)
o Delivery of items for which maintenance services have been completed
o Other tasks determined by the "TGS Site"
2. TGS Co., Ltd. may change the contents and items of the service in the preceding paragraph without separate notice if management reasons of TGS Co., Ltd. occur.
3. Changes in the service shall be notified to members through announcements, and if matters necessary for use by members among the service contents are changed, TGS Co., Ltd. shall pre-notify the members through announcements.

Article 15 (Suspension of Service)
1. TGS Co., Ltd. may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of an interruption related to the operation of the "TGS Site" due to the occurrence of a failure in information and communication facilities, renewal of permission, replacement of facilities, etc.
2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, TGS Co., Ltd. may post the reason for service suspension on the "TGS Site."
3. TGS Co., Ltd. shall not compensate for any damage to users or third parties caused by the "service suspension" reason in the preceding paragraph. However, this is not the case for service interruptions caused by intentional or gross negligence of TGS Co., Ltd.

Article 16 (Event Programs)
1. TGS Co., Ltd. may provide various events such as joint purchases, prizes, and auctions through its own judgment.
2. The type and number of services, participation qualifications, etc. may be changed from time to time according to the judgment of TGS Co., Ltd., and will be notified to members through announcements, etc.
3. Regarding the terms of use related to event services, TGS Co., Ltd. will notify the terms of use along with the announcement of the event according to the nature of each event.
4. Members must comply with the terms of use and compliance matters for members notified by content during the event.
5. Problems arising during the event program are the responsibility of the member for issues caused by failure to comply with the notified member compliance matters and terms of use, unless there is intentional or negligent act on the part of TGS Co., Ltd.

Article 17 (Attribution of Copyright and Restriction of Use)
1. Copyright and intellectual property rights related to the "TGS Site" for the purposes stated in the Terms and Conditions of the "TGS Site" belong to TGS Co., Ltd.
2. Unauthorized reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, etc. of the "TGS Site" for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without prior consent from TGS is prohibited.

Article 18 (Dispute Resolution)
1. Lawsuits regarding disputes arising between TGS Co., Ltd. and users shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the user's address or residence at the time of filing the complaint.

Supplementary Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions are effective from April 2018.
2. The previous Terms and Conditions shall be replaced by these Terms and Conditions.
